Extra! Extra! Read All About It!

I wanted to call your attention to the top left-hand column of this blog. The Extra! Extra! Read All About It! feature of the FELC blog allows you to one stop shop the news that effects all of us teaching culinary arts and hospitality. I wanted to put together something that I would use every day in the hopes that it would be of value to those following the blog, too. I find it a great resource to keep tabs on what is going on in academia and in the industry to keep pace with trends that may effect my students, my teaching, and my program.
